Our Projects

The original structure had been build by family members and the client in the 1970’s but had sat vacant for many years prior to early 2023 when we started talking with them about a rehab. Because of the sentimental nature of this project, our client wanted to preserve the original structure, including an awesome iron spiral staircase, as much as possible.

From start to finish, we evicted all kinds of wildlife calling the house their home, pivoted building plans and worked with Christian County and other vendors to ensure this custom project was rehabbed with all of the integrity and sentiment that it deserved.
